• Researched and coordinated the implementation of direct, indirect and credit card loan programs to meet
current market demands and the needs of borrowers to maximize lending opportunities
• Managed the origination and processing of consumer and credit card applications – up to 5500 per month and
$394MM in auto loans annually during peak periods
• Designed, implemented and managed off-site “Lending Centers” supporting the origination, underwriting,

• Developed, implemented and facilitated lending training programs which resulted in increased funding ratios
