Managed the incoming inspection function including the activities of three

engineers and nine support staff.

Developed a supplier report card to track Delivery and Quality Performance,

which increased supplier awareness and resulted in an annual supplier award

dinner.

Implemented a new Supplier Survey form and procedure, which enabled Coulter

to meet cGMP and ISO requirements in preparation for ISO certification.

Led the first team to complete documentation for ISO 9002 certification.

Manager, Supplier Support 1990 - 1992

to provide liaison to suppliers.

Directed the implementation of Statistical Process Control at suppliers'
