. Improved financial reporting, analysis and forecasting for the $800

million Selling, General & Administration expense budget.

. Helped implement Hyperion Planning for Selling, General & Administration

expense and trained 15 associates to submit monthly forecasts.

. Selected as financial lead on a major 6 month project to successfully

change the "category" P or L from a product basis to an end market basis.

North American Tire Manufacturing Analysis Team (2004 to 2006)

. Handled all financial and control aspects of a major tire plant shutdown

(Huntsville, AL).

. Managed the Headwinds and Savings cost system for the North American tire

plants.

. Executed numerous projects including Goldcolors payroll system rollout,

Decatur / Utica fabric mill financial study, and WIP inventory analysis.

Tech Center Manufacturing (1999 to 2004)

. Led 3 accountants and one buyer for a $100 million annual cost facility.

. Drove $8 million in conversion cost reductions as Finance lead on plant

review team.

. Led implementation of new SAP standard costing system for race tires

(mainly NASCAR).

. Streamlined the plant accounting system using SAP R3, Access, and Excel

and provided improved cost visibility for management.

. Performed financial analyses enabling TCM to obtain a 45% increase in

additional race tire production.

. Implemented a monthly cost review with plant management and trained

middle management to review and explain monthly financial results in

their respective areas.
