Wingspan develops expansions and tailored alternatives to the Documentum

software framework. Among its customers are pharmaceutical organizations,

banks, and IT companies.

. Participated in designing and implementing Wingspan's QA process:

o Defined and wrote the company's SOPs and supported

documentation.

o Designed and created the company's QA documentation and templates

(such as QA Plan, Test Plan, Test Scenario Document, Test Results

Report, etc).

o Defined and created processes for the problems and incidents

management systems such as defect creation process and criteria,

and security issues.

. Acted as the project/product QA Manager on several internal and
