. Project electrical engineer for Dry Flue Gas Desulphurization

addition to existing Dynegy power plant.

. Provide technical direction and assistance to Electrical

Superintendents and IBEW labor.

. Issue Requests for Information to design engineer (S&L and

Siemens/Wheelabrator), resolve vendor/design discrepancies &

inconsistencies as well as coordinate document control for

electrical construction packages.

. General contractor (PMC) to customer (Dynegy) liaison for Start-Up

coordination.

. Maintain Access database for cable pulls, terminations, reel

management, data sheets, etc.

. Assist project upper-management in the establishment of detailed

work plans and sub-schedules.

. Perform take-offs and formulate estimates for electrical commodities

& man-hours (NECA).

Lead Electrical Engineer Sept 2006 - June 2009

. Lead electrical engineer responsible for complete electrical scope-

of-work on international projects.

. Project involvement from initial consultations, through design

review meetings, to construction and finally onsite start-up &

commissioning (Full project life cycle).

. Engineering duties included power distribution, cable tray &

conduit design/routing, lighting (primary & secondary), control

panels/stations (component selection, layouts & schematics), sensor

logic/placement, instrument selection & calibration (P&ID's), OEM

machinery interconnections, VFD network architecture, PLC network

architecture/programming, HMI network architecture/programming.

. Other responsibilities included management of electrical budget,

supervision of design & fabrication schedules (including man-hours),

material procurement/tracking/shipment, development of project

proposals & bid packages, handling customer requests & satisfaction,

fabrication & construction liaison, onsite start-up & commissioning

engineering assistance including PLC & HMI program de-bugging.

. Direct oversight of electrical fabrication & construction drawing

packages issued, with management of designer/drafter and any

subcontracted assistance.

. Experienced with international electrical standards (IEC & CE)

including local regulations & codes in the following countries of
