business unit. Responsible for entire Human Resources function for 1000+
EE, $600m international specialty chemical division. International
locations include China, Belgium, Mexico, Canada, as well as four United
States facilities. Strategic business partner for VP's of Operations, R&D,
Finance, and Sales. Responsible for ongoing organizational development and

of bargaining unit members based on skill and ability, as opposed to
