Grange Insurance - Corporate headquarter office and

data center addition. $13 million electrical

contract and 97,000 man hours.

The Ohio State University - Ross Heart Hospital two

floor patient room addition. $2.6 million

electrical contract.

The Ohio State University - Jennings Hall

renovation. Total building renovation consisting

of office, classroom, and laboratory spaces. $4.1

million electrical contract.

Ohio Courts renovation - Total historical

renovation of the Ohio Supreme Courts building.

headquarter addition with partial existing building

As vice president my responsibilities were the

management of both the estimating and construction

departments. I had total oversight of all project

managers and estimators and also responsible for

coordinating the companies ISO-9001 compliance

reporting. I also estimated and managed many

large projects individually while providing

oversight for all other contract bid work within

the company. Emcor purchased Romanoff Electric of

Columbus in 1998 changing the name to Dynalectric

Company of Ohio.

Coca-Cola - Syrup plant addition

O.M. Scott Corporation - Processing building

Ohio State House and Senate Building renovation.

Historical renovation of existing statehouse with a

new atrium connector building to the state capital.

investment center addition to headquarters. $9.2

million electrical contract.

850,000 square foot corporate building. $10

million electrical contract.
