digital and mobile strategies for many of Fleishman-Hillard's

of America, HTC and many others.

. Worked with senior practice group leaders worldwide to help secure new

business and add a multitude of digital/mobile elements to RFP's, new

client opportunities and existing accounts.

. Introduced and developed digital programs for clients with a focus on

social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google Buzz, Foursquare),

SEO/SEM/OEO, WOM, online/mobile ad buys, web site enhancements and

mobile marketing/applications.

. Client highlights include AT&T/iPhone "Educate Us Now" launch program,

. Spearheaded Fleishman's mobile initiative starting in 2006 with a

variety of SMS, WAP and mobile advertising campaigns and have expanded

the practice group to focus on application and database driven

solutions including Augmented Reality and QR Codes for iPhone,

Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Android devices. Clients include AT&T,

Papa John's, Rawlings, Boy Scout of America, HTC and Great Wolf

Lodges.

. For 12 months in 2008/09 led an exclusive consultive project with

Liberty Media to reposition and digitally upgrade all their Fantasy

Sports properties which led to a joint venture with NBC Sports.

2003-2006

Digit Play, LLC - Managing Partner, Westport, CT

. In multiple roles for digital consulting firm lead the practice in

business development, digital and mobile strategies. Worked with

technical partners on full integration of custom design and

development projects.

. Worked with 3D Virtual World pioneer Worlds.com on many client

engagements as creative strategist. Clients included MTV, WWE,

Aerosmith, British Telecom, GQ and Coca-Cola.

. Designed and developed mobile nutrition and fitness application for

Compass-USA. College students track their food intake and workouts in

real-time directly on their mobile devices. The system also allows

students to set goals, view their daily journal both on their mobile

device and PC plus cross reference their physical workouts to see how

it impacts their diets. The application includes a back-end CMS

administration tool that allows each college to update the mobile

application and send SMS updates to each student. University sports

schedules and events are also pushed through the WAP portal, SMS and

apps. The mobile application was developed in J2ME, WML, XHTML and

interacts with SQL database and recently was re-released on the

iPhone, Blackberry and Windows Mobile.

. Digit Play worked closely with mobile development firm Eye-Wi and the

launch of their destination mobile mapping system. The mobile maps

can be controlled via keypad navigation or through camera-phone

technology. The maps are also Bluetooth enabled which allows real-time

receipt of mobile multimedia. The first map was developed for

Anheuser Busch's Grants Farm and additional maps where developed for

Washington University, Tokyo Subway and Westfield Malls.

. Consulted with mobile development firm Super Happy Fun Fun in a

creative and business development capacity with the launch of the

world's first camera-phone enabled game - Tilt-A-World. The game uses

gestural motion instead of the keypad interaction to play the game.

The game was recently launched through Verizon. Also became BREW

Alliance Partner through SHFF.

. Designed and developed a multitude of WAP portals including

Budweiser.com, Emmis Interactive, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Hardees,

Washington University and St. Louis University.

. Producer/digital director of award-winning "World's Largest Piano

Lesson - Live from Lincoln Center". 15 month interactive project

funded by Emmis Communications that started as a musical online

community/rehearsal gateway and concluded with the live event which

included a pay-for-view video broadcast, real-time PC simulation of

the concert using Moog's latest software Piano Bar plus a video

podcast.

. Consulted with Woodruff/Switzer Agency on business development, e-

commerce, interactive/creative/digital marketing and implementation.

Projects included Yahoo Music digital campaign "Rock Critic for a

Day", No Huddle Fantasy Football launch (Fall 2006) featuring Troy

Aikman, plus the digital launch for the comeback album and tour of

underground music icons The New York Dolls.

. Hired to re-engineer online presence of one of America's greatest rock

bands, Aerosmith. Developed award-winning Aerosmith.com website

including Aerosmith's online (Ai) and offline (AeroForceOne) fan

communities. Assisted in the development/creation of the

groundbreaking AerosmithWorld, a 3-D designed online playground. All

three websites marketed by Dodge in their advertising campaign for

Dodge trucks (Mayor of Trucksville).

1997-2003

Partner and Founder/UltraStar, LLC-New York City, NY

. Co-founded the pioneering Internet firm with rock legend David Bowie

and funded by SFX/Clear Channel Entertainment that created the web's

first branded Internet Service Provider and online fan club -

BowieNet. Clients include the Rolling Stones, Sting/The Police, Red

Hot Chili Peppers, The Who, AC/DC, Madonna, Tim McGraw, and Mariah

Carey to mention a few.

. UltraStar expanded to manage several more affinity-based online fan

clubs, e-commerce stores, "first-in-line" ticketing and VIP

experiences before being sold to LiveNation.

. UltraStar managed all Internet assets and e-commerce for dozens of NFL

and MLB teams, MLB Players Association, WTA, NASCAR and Minor League

Baseball.

. Negotiated with Beatnik, Inc (www.beatnik.com) to license David

Bowie/John Lennon song "Fame" for the initial launch of the Beatnik

Audio Player.

. Implemented and negotiated terms of online banking venture, BowieBanc

(www.bowiebanc.com), in association with USABancShares.com and

Earthlink.

. Created Internet-only radio show with partner Rolling Stone Networks

featuring David Bowie as DJ.
