Planned and managed the overall Master Plan Community (residential and

commercial) consisting of more than 300 acres. Prepared and design related

construction and infrastructure. Direct all on-site project activity,

managed field engineering and inspection office to ensure projects are

completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering

design. Budget tracking, forecasting work loads. Compliance with federal

agencies like USCOE, US fish and wildlife, EPA and FEMA. Flood plan

revision, Hydraulic and Hydrological studies preparation, site layout,

subdivision design, zoning research and analysis, storm sewer and sanitary

sewer design, EPA SWPPP inspections. Management of all construction

contracts including change orders, application for payments, bonds and

surety requirements. Supervising project closeout towards procurement of

the building permit.

Completed $25 million dollar, 240 unit condo, seven month earlier than

scheduled.

Escorial 250 acres Planned Community. Prepared and managed construction

drawings, project management and schedule management. Prepared all design

of retention ponds, water distribution systems, sanitary pump stations,

sanitary force lines, including 115KVA electrical substation and electrical

distribution lines. Provided cost evaluations, directed all contract

administration, and managed the resident engineering offices. Developed

strong contractor and Owner communication that helped the fast paced

construction. Delivered 800 residential units, 90,000 S.F. commercial

building, developed and sell six lots of 10+ acres each, averaging $6

million dollar per lot. Managed and evaluated bids, RFI, RFQ, submittal and

monthly economic payments. Construction contracts and specs preparation.

Construction claims manager and dispute solver. Proposal preparation,

budget tracking, forecasting work loads and staff development.

Construction manager of an 80 unit condo. Managed all construction

contracts, subcontractors, material purchasing, manpower requirements,

scheduling, application for payments, and coordination between trades.

Exceed quality standards required by the inspection office and completed

the project within time specified on contract. Usage of different type of

concrete helped accelerate the project.

. Punch list process was rapidly corrected and minimized.

. Culvert (critical item) installation produced savings in order of

$30k.

. Earth reinforced walls installation produced savings of $75k and cut

2 moths from schedule.

Pre cast concrete plant manager. Directed the installation of pre-cast

segments between piers for light rail system. 982 sections 5mts x 2mts were

casted in a 6 month span. Supervised post tensioning process. Managed the

installation of segments between piers, deep surveying analysis regarding

right of way and alignment of piers before installation of elevated

segments. Complex coordination between contractors 3 shifts per day.

. Fastest contract mounted between piers from a total of 7 competitors.

. Multiple equipment coordination avoided OSHA violations.

. Concrete formwork and rebar placement specialist using precise

surveying instruments.

. Surveying detailed precision helped the casting yard shorten this

process by 3 months.
