Making decisions about expired systems equipment and the appropriate

location of new equipment;

Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural

engineers, builders, architects .

Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meets

health and safety requirements;

Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.

Investigate vandalism as necessary, notify proper authorities of

potential graffiti and schedule removal

Participate in the establishment and implementation of a systematic

preventive maintenance program

Notify Operations Directors of concerning the need for major repair

Assist Operations Directors with budget planning for areas of

responsibility
