parameters for U.S. market participation and executed strategy to commence

Managed the operations of a multi disciplined Delaware Corp., developed a
retail fast-food offering in partnership with General Mills. Devised and
launched a platform incorporating synergistic products with physical
appearance promoting the brand to increase the flat seasonal performance by
40%. In partnership with local and federal organizations secured economic
incentives and purchased property in the federally regulated Empowerment
Zone. Designed and constructed (was GC) an automated manufacturing
facility to produce a wide variety of baked goods. Expanded the customer
base by adding national clients including Starbucks, Host Marriott,
Caribou, Delta, American Airlines, etc. Managed the merger and sale
process of both the retail and manufacturing entities.
Repositioned the company to be involved in the redevelopment of commercial
and residential property inclusive of application specific industrial
development converting raw industrial space into usable manufacturing

development projects to some of the most prominent developers in the S.E.
