Superintendent
• Direct responsibility for all aspects of project management for multiple projects.
Most recent projects include:
• 2009-Present: Currently working on a $300M Mid-Jordan Light Rail project in
Salt Lake City, UT as Project Subcontractor Superintendent. Coordinating the
operations, schedules, budgets, material submittal documents, safety and quality
control of the Paving, Curb and Gutter Subcontractors; Sound Wall, Wet Utilities
and Traffic Signal Subcontractors; Site Lighting, Platform Construction and
Landscape Subcontractors for this design build project.
• 2008-2009: $600M transmission power line project in Salt Lake City, UT with
role as Field Superintendent, running all civil roads work, managing crews.
• 2008 Managed crews of laborers and operators on a $22M border fence project in
Yuma, AZ.
• Extensive experience acquired as superintendent managing all civil work.
Involved in open pit mining as a Superintendent at Carlotta Copper Company as
well as an open pit mine project in Globe, AZ.
• Comprehensive responsibilities include: scheduling, ordering, equipment
tracking, calculation of daily costs and maintenance of safety logs.
• Accomplishments include: Recognition received (Regional District Award) for
zero accident rate, 2009. All projects completed on schedule and on budget.
SKANSKA CIVIL WEST, Riverside, CA 1999-2007
Field Superintendent / Foreman / Laborer
• Initially hired as laborer, progressing to foreman and field superintendent
positions. Managed a crew of laborers on structural and bridge engineering for
multiple jobsites which were Department of Transportation (Caltrans) projects
and included the emergent construction of 12 bridges on the I-40 freeway, an
$18M project, and the 210 freeway, a $40M project. Additionally worked on a
72”storm drain pipe lane project for the city of Murietta, CA, a $5M project.
Worked on a $5M Grind and Overlay paving project, consisting mainly of large
parking structural developments.
• Superintendent for other Skanska projects include a $7M Concrete Reinforce Pipe
project in Palm Desert CA, managing a crew of operators and laborers. A $1M

• Caltrans Concrete Channel Alignment and a $1.2M residential curb and gutter
project for Shea Homes in the City of La Quinta, CA.
• Palm Spring International Airport Taxiway Apron Demolition and Reconstruction,

• Reviewed specifications, blue print plans, planned schedules, submitted Human
Resource reports, responded and resolved project delays promptly to avoid costly
damages.
• Involved in team motivation, worked closely with supervisors and crew to align
