Ms. Kellogg has experience in planning, scheduling, and cost control FCC
Project with Chevron Pascagoula. This project was a $300 million and 1.1
million man-hour turn-around. The total project was 2.6 million man-hours.
On this project she is responsible for various cost duties and schedule
population Experience on this project has given her the knowledge about
the project controls aspect of construction.
She has also worked at the Exxon Mobil in Torrance Ca with the Jacobs
Project Controls group. Here she was the Field Cost Engineer on two
capital projects; Fuel Gas Optimization (12M) and Two-Stage Desalter
Project (42M). She was responsible for reporting progress, cost, and
productivity on two projects occurring simultaneously.
She is currently working on the Shell Motiva Crude Expansion Project (191M)
at the Kiewit yard in Ingleside, TX. At the module yard, construction is
currently building the crude and coker modules. She is responsible for
what the subcontractors are producing for project controls and to make sure
the information is reported accurately and in a timely manner.

Work Order Package completion and distribution.
Accountable for building and maintaining the master Work Order Checklist to
ensure all packages were received and distributed to subcontractors.

Cost department responsibilities include:
Worked with timekeepers to create reports for the checks and balance of
their Passport timekeeping system.
Supervised time entry in Passport.
Addressed concerns with both the client and subcontractor about time/per
diem entry in Passport.
In charge of monitoring approval of time in Passport by the client.
Responsible for rolling up time in Passport for payment of home office by
the client to the subcontractors.
Assigned to the task of sending out the transfer reports from Passport
showing the subcontractors what dollars, hours, and per diem they have
entered into Passport with authorization number on it to use in their
billing/invoicing process.
Accountable for creating invoices from the field based on Passport roll
ups.
Liable for balancing and coding invoice vouchers for payment on labor and
per diem invoices, delta invoices, equipment invoices, incentive invoices,
etc.
Worked on daily head count information and used it to create reports for
PCM.
