Description: This Project design helps management to estimate the processes
for admission and discharge times and tracks delay in both the cases. This
is helpful for doctors who are busy, to find all the information about
wards and about patients. The Major partitions of the system are Billing,
Cash Posting Retro, Collections and Reconciliation. To support its
functionality, interfaces and exchanges data with different external
systems like Customer Interface, Sales Management, General Ledger, Broker
Commissions and Letter System. The project involved development of library
of reports using Business Objects.

marts for Production Management process and Quality Control process using
the ETL (Extraction, Transformation and loading) tool. The source for the
Data warehouse is from different OLTP Systems. This OLTP data is ported
into DSS database. Reports were generated using Crystal Reports. These
reports give an insight into business trends, performance and enables for
better forecasting decisions as well as provide business users with a
