VP Finance 2005* - 2009
Evans Analytical Group, Sunnyvale, CA
Part of the management team that acquired the Company in 2005 and
subsequently increased annual revenues from approximately $24mil to $70mil
and EBITDA from 24% to 36%. Worked with the Board, CEO and Corporate
counsel to complete fourteen acquisitions, including due diligence,
valuation and integration. Expanded international presence to include
operations in China, Japan, Singapore, UK, Germany, France and Ireland.
Developed accounting system & processes to support the growth in operations
and multi-national reporting requirements. Developed a solid/professional
finance department from 4 to 15 world-wide employees. Converted from US
GAAP to IFRS and successfully completed an IPO on the London Stock Exchange-
AIM in June 2007 which resulted in raising approximately $250mil of share
capital. Other responsibilities included bank/institutional reporting,
international entity compliance work, multi-national tax, supervision of
the US and foreign financial team and interim CFO.

Contract work consisted of interim management positions and various
technical accounting projects such as the preparation of first-time and
restated audited financial statements following a major reorganization,
setup of initial accounting and consolidation following the acquisition of
a Taiwan subsidiary; troubleshooting financial system migration problems
and existing FrX reports following a financial system conversion; design
and implementation of management reporting packages using FrX, assisting
with audit preparation and other. Began a full-time contract with Evans
Analytical Group in 2005 and converted to VP of Finance in 2007.

of six senior general ledger accountants and coordinating external
financial statement reviews and audits. Team member responsible for the
successful conversion to Oracle Financials from the existing Solomon

Oversaw the transition of the accounting functions of a major operating
division from Columbia, South Carolina to the corporate headquarters in
San Ramon, California during a corporate restructuring. Responsible for
the implementation and maintenance the division's accounting system at the
corporate office, directing monthly closes, trouble shooting/resolving
transitional problems, reviewing entries and supervising the billing,
accounts receivable, payroll and accounts payable sections. Involved in
the contract analysis/negotiation that resulted in the subsequent
