Medisense Project: Abbott operating divisions use the Open order

information to perform daily order management functions and warehouse

operations. This report provides details about open orders, backorders,

open order summary by parent customer & open order versus inventory data to

help the order management & Logistics groups to function more effectively.

Typically during the course of the life cycle of an order, the order could

be stuck at various business process points - credit hold, backorder or

delivery block. Additionally, there may be opportunities to look ahead days

to ship some orders early.

This open order report will display an ALV GRID with orders at the line

item detail including pricing, open value, sold-to, ship-to customer

details along with open order, ship, confirmed quantities. ADC Abbott

Diabetes Care initiated this short-term project.

. Extracted data from the custom open orders table by joining other SD

tables such as Vbak, Vbap, Vbep, Vbuk and Vbup.
