Project Type - SAP CRM Implementation
Role- SAP CRM Functional
BSNL is the leading telecom provider in India. It is huge project involving
a team of around 150 members working towards the implementation of SAP CRM
with integration to other non SAP systems. The project aims to simplify the
payment system, large customer base, billing system and other
internal/external reporting processes within BSNL.
My Responsibilities:
. Involved with project preparation phase - identification and
finalization of Scope. Deciding and documentation of TO-BE Processes,
detailed designing of proposed processes
. Configured CRM Master Data, Business Partners (Roles and
Relationships), New Product Master, Product catalogue Data, Product
Categories and Hierarchies, Partner/Text/Date determinations, Actions,
Transaction types, Item Grouping and Categories, Copying control for
different business process of the Client
. Rigorously tested different scenarios for System Integration and User
Acceptance
. Trained client Executives and End Users across India, about the new
system functionality
. Migrated data from the legacy system to the new system through LSMW
. Testing- Unit, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
. Migrated legacy data from the existing system to the new system
through LSMW.

Project - Arkema Inc. (USA)

Role- SAP SD Functional
Arkema is a world-class producer of industrial chemicals. Arkema is a
leading producer in most of its product lines and has annual sales in
excess of USD 7.0 billion. The Project involves the technical upgrade of
SAP R/3 from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.As a SAP SD module lead, I was responsible for
the successful up gradation of SAP system to the new environment
My Responsibilities:
. Lead the SAP ECC functional testing team. Supervised the preparation
of Test Scripts for both Unit Testing and Integration Testing.
. Unit testing of upgraded SAP system for all business processes of
Arkema.
. Thoroughly conducted Integration Testing and co-ordinate with other
functional modules for integration checks
. Worked for system Enhancements and other developments (user-exits and
Z reports) with the technical team.
. Co-ordinated with SAP for the Issues that needed SAP's attention.
. Conducted Knowledge Sharing Session for the team members.
Project - Indraprastha Gas Limited, Major Gas supplier India

Role- SAP SD Functional
Incorporated in 1998, IGL provides Natural Gas in the entire capital region
of New Delhi. In April 2005, IGL decided to implement SAP R/3 Enterprise
4.7 in the Company. It also decided to implement IS Utilities for its mass
billing requirements. The project involves Implementation and Support of
SAP R/3 product in various SAP modules to cater to the Business
requirements of Indraprastha Gas Limited
My Responsibilities:
. Involved in determining the overall scope & designing the
implementation of the SD functionality
. Configured sales organizational structures, customer and material
master data, sales, shipping and billing, pricing, availability
control, shipping and route determination and output determination
. Designed functional and technical specifications to meet the business
requirements through user exits and customized developments
. Successfully handled all the complex scenarios in Pricing, Credit
Management, Availability check and TOR, Account determination and
Partner determination
. Created all document types with maintenance of copy control

acceptance (UAT)
