Create, maintain and control all aspects of the bankruptcy filings

nationwide. Request repossessions, field chases, replevin action, loss mit

intervention and foreclosure proceedings. Worked bankruptcy filings from

initial filing dates until conclusion. This would be up until discharge,

repossession, returning to collections, or additional legal action. This

also includes tracking for appropriate payments; dealing with both external

and internal attorneys; customers; trustees and taking appropriate legal
