Full scope of financial responsibilities for a $300 million national
distributor and manufacturer in the Fluid Power industry.
Performed due diligence reviews for all acquisition candidates. Assisted in
the sale of the company to a private equity firm in 2006.
Manage the banking relationship with three major banking institutions.
Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
Centralized accounting operations to Chicago for new acquisitions.
