Mr. Joey Reiman
BrightHouse Inc.
Atlanta, GA 30318
Dear Mr. Reiman:
As requested, I have attached a copy of my resume which details a decade in
public service. Throughout my tenure with the City, I have had the
privilege of guiding organizations, both large and small, towards
innovating for a cultural sector that is closely aligned with the forces
harnessing the energies of a growing Savannah, namely the sectors behind
economic development, community development, and education.
Stints as an undergraduate intern and a student in Tartu Estonia reaffirmed
an interest in participating, actively, in the relationships that impact
Savannah's growth. Initially, I occupied myself with community asset
mapping and financial administration, but have expanded, more recently,
into policy and program development. The growth in my responsibilities
necessitated a new job description and a today I currently occupy the
position of Contract Coordinator for a City with one of the higher per
capita arts expenditures among a mid-sized US communities.
What I have seen of your ability to marry ideas to intention makes me
particularly excited to get your insight and suggestions on where my skills
and abilities would have the greatest value in Atlanta's public or private
sectors. I look forward to our meeting on Friday, May 21st. I do have a
portfolio of my work that I will have with me.
I do look forward to meeting you and offer you my most sincere thanks for
this opportunity. Thanks kindly!
Best Regards,
Michelle Hunter
