Seven years of logistics and warehouse management experience in a complex, fast paced, challenging environment,

with raw material inventories exceeding $128 million.

Accomplishments

Over a seven year period, directed and coordinated a diverse set of specialized activities for 30 plus direct reports in both the

receiving and shipping warehouses for a large electronics contract manufacturer.

Reduced a pre existing and long standing $1.6 million dollar stockpile of non conforming raw materials to under $16K,

during a time when overall raw material inventory levels within the warehouse increased from $55 million to $128 million.

by a rapidly expanding volume and mix of incoming raw materials and the resulting ramp up of daily outgoing finished

product shipments.

Conducted frequent reviews of an evolving work environment, staffing requirements, interviewing, placement, staff training

needs and requirements, performance appraisals, individual work improvement plans, work reassignments and salary actions

for all assigned direct reports.

Coordinated, on a daily basis, an extensive array of shipping and receiving warehouse activities, with the internal

organizations purchasing, quality, manufacturing, facilities, and program management departments.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENT SPECIALIST / SPECIAL PROJECTS

Responsible for making determinations on engineering design, development and production processes, procedures,

record keeping, and record retention requirements the organization would need to have in place, and in use, to become an

ISO 9001 and an AS9100 Certified Aerospace Supplier.

Also responsible for designing, documenting, modifying and revising a range of interactive computer and networked

based activity forms, and the corresponding documented processes and procedures essential to meet the ISO 9001 and

AS9100 requirements.

Developed and implemented an internal document categorization, activity, and record numbering system that would meet

n

the ISO 9001 and AS9100 certification requirements. Designed a variety of document templates and interactive form

templates to be used by all organization personnel to standardize the look and feel of the organizations documents.

Performed repair and calibration requirements on a broad spectrum of laboratory, mechanical and electronic test

instructions.

MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Managed and responsible for production operations and personnel assigned in support of four different specialized

manufacturing functional areas on second and third shifts. Each subsequent specialized functional area managed, came

Responsible for shift start up work group assignments and ensuring product schedule numbers were met each day. Also

Began employment with Control Data Corporation as a Test Technician. Responsibilities included the testing and

repairing of assigned finished build products and meeting the daily schedule requirements.
