. Maintained e-mail distribution list for all Knowledgebase issues that

were reported by developers, trainers and project managers. This

involved verifying anywhere from 10 to 100 or more issues on a weekly

basis, determining if they were defects or enhancements, then updating

the records in Quality Center and assigning them to the appropriate

developer or designer.

. Tested the import of documents and templates into the database, also

verifying stored procedures, template triggers and document macros
