of denim and handling capability of 12,500 rolls per week.
This initiative achieved an 80% reduction in incremental
warehousing costs over a five-year period.

fleet maintenance/ ownership to full service leasing
arrangement for private fleet. Fleet consisted of 20 power
units and 190 dry van trailers. Incremental transportation
costs (cost per mils) were reduced by 22% over the same five-
year period.
