Responsible for Integrated Assembly & Test System Powertrain activities

Military/Aerospace Systems

Marketing and sales responsibility for AAS and its divisions including

automated test systems, assembly systems, material handling systems, and

factory automation.

International Sales Manager:

Marketing and sales development of automotive, aerospace and general

industry test, assembly and material handling systems for the international

marketplace. Primary thrust included Great Britain, Europe, and Asia.

Sales Engineer:

Aerospace Test Systems: Responsible for National and International Sales,

customer relations and advertising activities relating to

DOD/Military/Aerospace arena.

Program Manager:

This position is accountable for managing and coordinating assigned

programs throughout the project sequence of proposal preparation, cost

estimate, design engineering and fabrication, to delivery and acceptance by

the customer.

Responsibilities include total project cognizance from initial customer

request for quote to final delivery of equipment.

. Developed the Military/Aerospace market from ground zero.

Sold over $20M of jet engine & airframe accessory test

equipment.

. Established & managed representative organizations in Mexico

& Korea.

. Sold first ever test project to Korea manufacturer. This

developed into a long-term Multi-Million Dollar lucrative

business.

Pratt & Whitney Aircraft 1972- 1977

Component Test Equipment Engineer:

Project responsibility for total scope of test equipment life from

preliminary design concept to installation and startup at ultimate

customer's site.

Marketing Systems Analyst Engineer:

Research and prepare economic and performance comparisons showing company's

relative competitive position and support direct sales effort with such

studies

Quality Control Engineer:

Responsibilities included research and investigation of manufacturing

problems, which resulted in products unacceptable for production use and to

recommend alternatives and solutions to these problems, based on current

need and future requirements.

Project Experimental Engineer:

Responsibilities included planning and carrying out detailed portions of

development projects and conducting preliminary research and development

work on specific phases of the project.

. Integral member of the JT8D Refan Program. Under NASA

sponsorship, we developed a hybrid, high-bypass version of

the original JT8D engine. Performed sea level testing,

altitude testing, outdoor testing & flight testing. This

engine is still flying today.
