detailed explanations of results culled from different measurement methods

or dimensional interpretations (especially important with newly acquired

product lines whose drawing convention differed from our standard).

Selected and sourced lab equipment for purchase - Trained others in proper

use of said equipment.

Provided informal training/consultation for proper usage of instrumentation

and GD&T, application troubleshooting, and procedural issues.

Develop part programs, procedures and fixtures for use on Vision Based

Develop and troubleshoot programs and procedures for CNC machine tools (ISO

G&M code/Okuma) and for part inspection on a CMM (PC DMIS).

Inspect compressor parts to close tolerances using a CMM as well as

micrometers, bore gauges, surface plate/indicator and the like.

Communicate with Canadian engineering team to help address and support

manufacturing and quality assurance concerns for the Utica, NY plant.

Develop and troubleshoot compressor assembly procedures and design

problems.
