PROJECT PROFILE:
Project# 1
Project Name : Hitachi JP1/Desktop Navigation
Environment : Adobe Flex3.0, Java, HiRDB,Java Script,Java
Tools : Clear Case
JP1 is a suite of enterprise-class tools for managing distributed
enterprises. Desktop Navigation allows system administrators to monitor
devices on the network, ensuring security, IT compliance and environmental
friendliness. This project is a web-based application focused on System
Administration. Using this product, all the workstations located within an
organisation or any other network can be monitored and updated in real-
time. This product will deliver all the features that can be utilised by a
System Administrator to locate, monitor and update at real-time. The main
features of this product include Desktop Management, Security Management,
Network Management, Event Module and Discovery management.
Responsibilities:
. Implemented customisations for various default behaviours of Flex frame
work components
. Developed transition concept for various modules.
. Developed notification bar
. Involved in specification analysis and design
. Involved in implementation of context menu for the modules
. Developed Flex side code for various Modules
Project# 2
Project Name : Brand Advantage(Interactive Charts -> like Google
finance)
Environment : Adobe Flex3.0, .Net,
This is web based Analytic project. Users can create different plans by
selecting the brand and date.Tool is used to find best way of allocation of
the current spend (available amount) to different Measures i.e.
Advertisement, Promotion etc . Interactive chart components is provided
namely Sales Chart, Profit Chart distrubute the ammount.
For Every product there will be an bench mark, optimised and actual
values. Bench mark is fixed value which user can not change. It helps
user distrubute the availble money to various kind of availble
brands(product) within the bench mark limit. User can allocate
resource(money) by changing the value in the datagrid Or he/she can
distrubute value by dragging the lines in the interactive chart.
Interactive chart helps user, how much money need to spend to achive
certain amount of sales. And also shows the profit user is going to get
in future. By using this tool one can compare between profit and losses,
bteween various kind of products currently availble.
Responsibilities:
. Requirement Analysis and understanding of Function Specification.
. Designed and implemented entire UI in Flex.
. Created utility classes in Action Script.
. Created the web service methods in .NET using C#.
Project# 3
Project Name : Channel portal configurator
Environment : Adobe Flex3.0, CRM web service
A product purchased comes under a warranty period. When the warranty period
is going to expire let's say by the end of next quarter, it creates an
opportunity for the service source. This is the potential source of revenue
generation through renewal. Service source contacts the end user and also
let the resellers/distributors (both existing and new) know about this
opportunity. Reseller/Distributor put on their quotes for the opportunity
and end user decides the one best suited for him. This becomes the primary
quote record.
Responsibilities:
. Requirement Analysis and understanding of Function Specification.
. Designed and implemented entire UI in Flex.
. Created utility classes in Action Script.
. Created custom components
Project# 4
Project Name : Script talk
Environment : C#, ASP.net, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, MS SQL 2005
Tools : Silk up loader, Cute FTP, JW Media Player
Project Description:
myProducer is an online social network and content collaboration
destination for the entertainment community. The site provides a vehicle
for filmmakers to manage their peer to peer business and marketing needs
through its innovative social media site. Stream video, blogs, manage
events, participate in forums, raise funds, interact and collaborate with
your crew, peer producers and audience all in one place.
Filmmakers ranging from individual hobbyist to a fully staffed studio can
interact with their audience and develop content based upon the feedback of
the film loving audience.
In the near future, filmmakers will be able to enlist thousands of
individuals interested in being part of their project to provide creative
insight, financial contributions and marketing support helping the
community at large take an active role in producing entertainment projects
Responsibilities:
. Client requirement gathering
. Flow analysis
. Designing the front end
. Coding and Testing
. Data base design
. Publishing to the development and production server
Project# 5
Project Name : Semantic Web Based SPARQL Console
Environment : Adobe Flex, Action Script, RDF
Tools : Jena, Joseki
Project Description:
The Semantic Web is an evolution of the World Wide Web in which information
is machine processable, thus permitting browsers or other software agents
to find, share and combine information for us more easily. At its core the
Semantic Web consists of a data model called Resource Description Framework
(RDF), a variety of data interchange formats (e.g RDF/XML, N3, Turtle, N-
Triples), and specifications such as RDF Schema (RDFS) and the Web Ontology
Language (OWL) that facilitate Formal description of concepts, terms, and
relationships within a given domain.
Main aim of this project is to provide rich experience and responsiveness
to SPARQL query builder. We designed and developed a Web based SPARQL
console based on RIA concept to Semantic system management data (HP's
proprietary data), by using RIA web-client application framework called
Adobe Flex 2. Rich Internet Application (RIA) provides invalidates
synchronous communication and provides asynchronous server communications
to support a more responsive and desktop like user interface
Responsibilities:
. Designing of Ontology for HPSIM data
. Implementing code for HPSIM data
. Designing SPARQL Console
. Developing SPARQL Console
. Testing HPSIM data using Jena-Semantic Framework.
. Testing of SPARQL Console
. Integration of Tracks to SPARQL console to provide
Project# 6
Project Name : Integration of Tabulator, with HP's Semantic Web
framework
Environment : Adobe Flex, Java Servlet, AJAX, Resource Description
Framework, SPARQL
Project Description:
The Tabulator is an RDF browser, which is designed both for new users to
provoke interest in the Semantic Web and give them a means to access and
interact with the entire web of RDF data, and for developers of RDF content
to provide incentive for them to post their data in RDF, to refine and
promote RDF linking standards, and to let providers see how their data
interacts with the rest of the Semantic Web. The aim of the project is to
enable a new Resource Dereference Service and exploring Query-By-Example
(QBE) on Semantic Web framework like Joseki. We implemented Resource
Dereference Service as a Servlet in the Joseki Servlet container. Thus
making the querying easy to the users and system management administrator.
Responsibilities:
. Understanding Tabulator code(AJAX)
. Implementing Resource Dereference Service
. Integrating developed code to Tabulator
. Enabling QBE
. Testing on various data
