. Execute daily shipments of goods that supply Yucatan manufacturing
division.
. Schedule deliveries based on schedules downloaded SAP information.
. Plan pickup and delivery schedules for my AOR by dealing with vendors
and meeting lead times.
. Manage delivery of finished goods to distribution centers. This
requires matching the southbound sailing schedule to northbound
available loads.

exporting procedures in order to make production schedules at offshore
facilities. Coordinate all the customs paperwork and trailer

. Assigned to direct the operation of the K-Mart (JIT) dedicated fleet
for the entire southeastern U.S. Reported to the Vice President of
Fleet Management for the Eastern Division. The position was the
customer service contact for K-Mart, while planning and managing the
driver fleet.
. Moved to be a planner in the Sears (XOT) dedicated fleet. I worked as
a planner for time-sensitive freight.
. I volunteered to help start the auto-haul division in Greenville and
worked in this division from its inception. This fleet delivered autos
nationwide out of New Jersey and Florida ports. Profitability of this
fleet was enhanced by my ability to get backhaul loads which raised
revenues per truck from $579.00 per day to almost $700.00 per day,
while managing a fleet of drivers. I earned a driver manager of the
month award for specialized divisions while in this position.
