filtration skid for scale-up to 300gpm commercial system for removal of

fly ash from Powerspan's ammonium sulfate fertilizer.

. Completed a successful evaluation of various membranes types, production

parameters, cleaning methods and equipment reliability.

. Developed test plans, SOPs, PFDs, GAs, P&IDs, fabrication and erection

drawings for UF Skid operation.

. Provided work direction to operators at the test site, authored work

instructions, reviewed equipment specifications and design calculations,

. Performed Scale-up exercise for ECO-SO2 scrubber systems including,

pumps, valves, air handling systems and filtration systems. Familiar with

ASME B31.3, B31.1 and BPV code: section III, Division 1.

. Developed and modified SOPs', work orders and provided technical

direction for required modifications to the 1MW CO2 plant, as well as

Powerspan's 50 MW ECO-SO2 Scrubber plant.

. Onsite engineer responsible for supervising system modifications,

equipment inspection and vessel installation, coordinating contractors

and review and implementation of erection drawings.

. Developed and reviewed PFDs, P&IDs and technical specifications for

various pieces of scrubber and air handling equipment for commercial

designs of scrubber equipment.

. Worked with a contractor to develop CFD model of Powerspan's ECO-SO2

Scrubber. The study included detailed modeling of liquid separator tray

pressure drop, developing velocity profiles and temperature profiles from

column inlet to through flue gas outlet and optimized spray nozzle layout

to optimize quench region based on model data.

. A key member of the team that commissioned Powerspan's 5gpm ammonium

sulfate fertilizer crystallization plant.
