technical staff for a $200M bus rapid

transit project. Emphasis was on utility

adjustment and relocation agreements for

2.4 mile transit zone project and

7 mile reconstruction of Euclid Avenue from

Public Square to the city limit.

I maintained clear understanding of project financials; including

budgets,

billing processes,and how changes in scope were handled and how

disputes

were settled. I organized the project team, established

schedules, recorded

minutes, monitored responsibilities, kept principals informed and

deligated

authority to degree required. I assured project files and

reporting were

maintained, monitored progress and took action when performance

deviated

from what was planned. I monitored scope quality and cost while

keeping an . eye out for scope creep. I

issued start/stop orders to teammates Reviewed and

monitored all activity during construction and participation in

mediation,

when necessary, in order to resolve disputes
