I h ave over 18 years experience as a supervisor and also as a manager of two la rge

i njection molding companies in Southern M aine. I have been able to reduce cost and

lower scrap to make both companies r un better in more of a lean environment. I have

w orked w ith molding machine from 28 ton to 750 ton and everything in between with

a lmost every kind of plastic. I have been responsible for the enti re manufactu r ing

operation and have had as many as 50 people wor king for me. I also excellent

r eferences from the owner, the quality manager and the tool room manager

2007-2009 -Supervisor-G&G plastics

I am Responsible for the entire plant-molding, packing, printing and shipping. I was able to

reduce scrap rate by 15% and increase production rates by 25% with better quality. I redid the

p lant so that everything had an organized place to be. I also set in place new employee policies

t hat assured everybody knew what they where to do and were able to do their jobs. I worked on

f inding new and less expensive plastic to make our product out of bring cost from$1.45 to $.68

cents a pound. I also made several changes that saved the company over well over $50,000 the

f i rst year and made the complete process run better and more productive. Report direct to the

2002-2007-P roduction Manager-Shape

I was Responsible for entire injection molding plant operations 24 hours a day 7 days a week. In

charge of production scheduling, assisting new clients with new product samples, quality,

p roduction, organization and everything that i t take to keep the plant running smoothly .all

supervisors and other managers report direct to me I report to the owner of the company. Over

t he years I was able to reduce cost and make for a more lean environment

2000-2002-process engineer-Shape

I was in charge of all new molds and material samples quality control approval, robot and

automation installations. I worked with tool room manager on modifications and improvements. I

a lso did continuous improvement of quality and cycles time on all products running

1990-2000 -molding supervisor, Shape

I r an the second shift operations including process adjustments, t roubleshooting machines and

molds. I did all the production and record keeping as well as all employee issues on the second

shift. I had to make sure all jobs were running at set standards making good quality parts

Responsible for process changes on all jobs running, keeping machine full of material, quality

adjustments .I also did repairs on molds, machines and automation as needed.
