hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees.

. Lead and manage the structural shop to implement a

preventive maintenance program to be utilized on all pieces

of equipment, including the development of a lockout/tagout

system for each piece of equipment.

buildings and equipment.

. Responsible for meeting work schedules, service requests,

and emergency repairs.

and turf fertilization.
