Key Accomplishments

• Established a department for technical development that had a strong focus on continuing

improvement, accelerated implementations and cost savings.

• Custom development of the order to cash applications with interfaces to MAPICS/DB

resulting in software to better support the business processes, achieve cost savings, and

allowing for more rapid implementations of future business initiatives.

• Implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to receive sales orders (850) and

eliminated manual entry. Receive product transfer resale (867) allowing sales

commissions to be paid and credit memos for rebates earned be processed.

• Developed the rebate application for contract management. This assured accurate and

timely reimbursement to our customers while preventing any overpayment caused from

the receipt of incorrect claims.

• Developed a user driven report writer application enabling the user groups to be

independent of technical support for their reporting requirements.

• Developed a service and repair application for medical devices that met management’s

requirements for exposure to warranty effective dates, scheduled preventive maintenance,

repair billing, and financial requirements for deferred and earned revenue.

• Developed a name and address cross referencing application for our customers and the

HIN data base from the Health Industry Business Communication Council (HIBCC)

resulting in accurate sales tracings of our products shipped.

• Created applications to support program life cycle and change control to comply with

Sarbanes Oxley requirements without any purchase of vendor software.

• Designed the processes, programmed data file conversions, and managed application

interfaces for the global implementation of the JDE811 ERP system and met the go live

date.
