performance. Estimate, negotiate and construct mixed-use, office buildings, shopping centers and

multi-family housing projects. Clients included Ironwood Investments (in-house property

developer). Perform value added analysis, client feasibility studies and client post project review.

Responsible to train new superintendents, and established estimating / accounting code system for

improved tracking of expenses.
