processes including

Defect analysis:

1. Evaluate discrepancies of product assembly by

controlling test results, measurements of geometrical

parameters, redesign and engineering recalculation.

(Using FMEA method to resolve manufacturing or supplier

problems)

2. Engineering evaluation of design and manufacturing

documentation.

3. Data collection and reporting. (Using SPC, Six Sigma
