abilities to be an effective contributor. At the same time could provide myself with new challenges and responsibilities

external support.

• Monitoring users’ access to the application systems, making sure that processes were completed in compliance

with company’s regulations and restrictions.

• Elaborated weekly briefings presenting day-to-day issues resolution, temporary access, projects status, support

to other IT departments, and system administration accomplishes.
