Director of Treasury (2009)

activities, cash and liquidity management, compliance and acquisition and
project financing. Chaired Financial Risk Management Committee to identify
and manage risks associated with foreign currencies, interest rates,

. Issued $600M Notes at favorable terms under very difficult capital
market conditions, completed tender offer for $220M Notes and
