computer aided drafting design software (CADD) in the preparation of

engineering drawings in digital format utilizing GEOPAK Drainage;

Microstation and other Hydraulics design software packages to solve

problems and make recommendations affecting the resolution of complex

learn GEOPAK Drainage and was titled Virginia State Expert in the Software

Technical Assistance Engineer

Small businesses were finding it necessary to apply for air permits for the

first time, which resulted in the need to calculate the amounts of air

contaminants emitting from their operations and regularly measure and

report these releases. Small manufacturers, dry cleaners, service stations,

print shops, and auto body shops were a few of the businesses that were

being affected by the new statutes and rules and I provided compliance

assistance to these businesses. I helped these impacted businesses comply

with the expanded and complex air quality regulations.

SKILLS I am a self motivated, strategic thinker with strong

interpersonal and can communicate effectively with diverse populations. I

have excellent oral and written communication skills including public

speaking. I enjoy working as a team member and know how to build

sustainable coalitions. I have proven leadership skills with the ability to

work independently, with minor oversight necessary by supervisor. I exhibit
