Carpenter Foreman: Work within the drywall operations of
construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, removal
or demolition involving the structural elements of building
and structures. Responsibility is to assist and work
directly with the General Contractor's Superintendent to
ensure that the overall operations of the drywall aspect
are met. Duties include performing layout with adherence
to the blueprints and coordinate with all other trades.
Other duties are supervising and over-seeing the people
engaged in the drywall operations, assign daily task,
perform minor estimating, order materials and schedule
deliveries. Also, responsible for ensuring quality control
for the work being performed which includes the enforcement
of all safety procedures. Control the job schedules
maintenance and keep track of all drywall personnel's
weekly time and performance. Attend & participate in all
building construction meetings. Also, have a strong
background and knowledge of the retail field.
