determine potential suitability for available opportunities.
. Assist assigned Recruiter with staffing function for a dedicated area.
. Conduct phone screens to complete preliminary assessment of
candidates.
. Conduct internet searches to discover candidates for available
positions.
. Schedule interviews, track candidates through interview process.
. Prepare complete background checks for new hires, offer letters,
and provide new hires with orientation information.

moved through the recruitment process.
