Recruiter/Recruiting Specialist - Human Resources

. Responsible for sourcing, reviewing resumes, interviewing,

testing, and hiring of candidates.

. Work closely with assigned departments to determine headcount

needs and suitability of applicant for employment.

. Sourcing applicants from all different sources (ads, referrals,

. Maintain and update candidate applicant tracking system

. Search out, set up and attend job fairs and college recruiting

events to source candidates

. Establish and maintain a positive rapport with key college

campus personnel

. Maintain relationships with outside temporary/permanent staffing

agencies

. Train and guide Associate's and Recruiters in the department

Associate Recruiter - Human Resources

. Work with the recruitment team to assess the staffing needs and

develop recruitment strategies.

. Interview candidates to assess their skill sets and experience to

determine potential suitability for available opportunities.

. Assist assigned Recruiter with staffing function for a dedicated area.

. Conduct phone screens to complete preliminary assessment of

candidates.

. Conduct internet searches to discover candidates for available

positions.

. Schedule interviews, track candidates through interview process.

. Prepare complete background checks for new hires, offer letters,

and provide new hires with orientation information.

Human Resources Associate

. Update and maintaine applicant tracking system as applicants

moved through the recruitment process.

. Prescreen applicants

. Make travel arrangements for Real Estate Field Sales training class

. Schedule interviews for Recruiters and coordinate interviews with

managers.

. Manage the reference checking process, prepare offer letters for new

team players and issue new hire correspondence.

. Collect New Hire Paperwork at Orientation

. Participate in job fair recruitment

COMPUTER SKILLS

Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook and Internet
