negotiation, project management, and creation/management of team

Successfully merged clients and best practices of my former company,

Business Systems & Technologies, Inc., into the Information Technology

Group of RBG where I was retained as a Senior Consultant. Marketed,

provided and managed professional services to a wide variety of the firm's

clients including its largest client, McCormack Baron. Other key client

engagements included:

. Consultant to CEO of an international company for IT budget, project

planning/selection and staffing. Management coach and mentor to current

IT Vice President. This company grossed over $1B dollars in revenue.

. Consultant to CEO and President of securities firm to create firm's

strategic infrastructure, application, support direction and staffing

plans.

. Served as "expert" advisor for various client legal IT issues.

Prior to merger into RBG, started and managed a successful full-service

consulting, product sales, and systems integration firm, Business Systems &

Technologies, Inc. which targeted financial, corporate, small business,

government, education, medical and point-of-sale markets. Responsible for

business development, vendors, staffing, projects, procurement and P&L.

Technology staff augmentation, consulting integration, assessments,
