. Responsible for complete manufacturing plans, mass
production preparation and launch activities of OEM
electronics including line layout, jig and fixture
design/development, standardized work instructions,
PFMEA /control plan and labor cost calculations.
. Helped reduce manufacturing line monthly DPMO average
from over 50 to less than 8 through weekly process
improvement activities targeted towards process defects.
. Worked on a 1.5 year production improvement project
which included clean room construction, electronic
visual management, mistake proofing and various lean
projects.
. Designed an Excel work order priority management system
resulting in improved on-time work order completion.
. Reduced consumable supplies expenses by ~15% annually
through usage monitoring and negotiating vendor /
supplier contracts.
. Improved preventative maintenance completion to 100% on-
