and better then 85 stores, this is owner/developer Craig

Realty Group's flagship property. With a new kids play area

which includes interactive water features, live music

Wednesday evenings, and the nation's tallest Christmas tree

during the holiday season, this property is truly a

community center for the surrounding area and beyond. The

Operations Manager has complete control over both in-house

janitorial and maintenance departments as well as being

directly responsible for fire/life safety, tenant and mall

construction, tenant issues, environmental standards,

waste management and all contracted services including

parking lot maintenance, HVAC, landscaping.

? Responsible for well system, enclosed food court,

and event management.

? Work directly with corporate tenant coordination,

construction department and tenants for all mall

construction.

? Develop and manage operating budget including

forecasting, year end, and A/P.

El Camino Gardens, Carmichael, CA

2004 -2005

Maintenance Director

Responsible for the daily operations of El Camino Gardens, the

largest property in Atria's portfolio which is a nation

wide company of senior retirement communities. A 285-unit,

multi-building complex with full service restaurant,

community rooms, activity centers, in-house laundry

facilities, assisted living unit, multiple room apartments,

and extensive landscaping. Job description included full

accountability and administration of: Fire/life safety,

apartment turn over to ready for new residents, janitorial,

work order completion and tracking, preventative

maintenance scheduling and documentation, State, County and

City inspections, waste management and environmental

issues.

? Managed and participated in all

stages of facility improvements and

construction from conception to completion.

? Personally remodeled

apartment units, adding and separating as necessary

to accommodate new residents.

Merrill Gardens is the second largest active senior retirement

Heights facility is an upscale 3 level, 114 apartment

Restaurant, Santa Rosa, CA 1999-2001

Maintenance Manager

Responsible for the daily operations of an independent award winning,

4- diamond hotel and conference center including full

service restaurant and bars, 2 kitchens, pool, spa, and 5

state-of-the-art conference rooms. Job description

included: Managing, hiring and training crews. Directly

accountable for fire/life safety and maintenance of 125

guest rooms and spa suites, 20 acres of landscaping, work

order completion, and setting and adhering to quality

control standards.

? Handled all OSHA, State,

and city regulations, including Fire Department and

Health Department inspections.

? Managed in-house

maintenance department responsible for all work

orders, life safety and kitchens plus restaurant.

? Worked closely with

architects and engineers during property

enhancement projects and capital expenditure

remodels.

? Identified a city billing

error by aggressively monitoring water usage, which

resulted in a $34,000 rebate.

Santa Rosa Plaza, Santa Rosa, CA

1992-1999

Chief Engineer

A two-story shopping center, the

Santa Rosa Plaza is an 800,000 square foot regional mall in

downtown Santa Rosa. "Thursday Night Market", Downtown

Santa Parade, First Night New Years Celebration and

historic downtown are all centered around this facility,

which is continually in the spot light. The facility is

surrounded with renowned artwork and the parking for the

center consists of two surface lots and five 3-story

parking garages. A pedestrian "breezeway" through the

center of the property connects old town to the newer

downtown making the mall a vital part of Santa Rosa.

? Managed mall and tenant

construction.

? Attributed for a large

utility rebate by managing and implementing

lighting retrofit.
