Developed a risk analysis model to examine the Profit & Loss potential of a
new product, which was to be developed, tested and introduced into the
market. Used Oracle Crystal ball for predictive modeling, forecasting and
market simulation.

Created a web-based tool for extracting commonalities between RNA of
different species. The data used for pattern recognition and sequencing
was accessed from an online public database.
Pfold: RNA Secondary Structure Prediction
Tools: AlignACE, CompareACE
Used AlignACE for sequence alignment, CompareACE to compare alignments and
algorithms such HKY85 nucleotide substitution model to predict the
secondary structure of RNA. Data & structure analysis of RNA was used to
help predict common ancestors.
Applied Statistics

Analyzed and forecasted a statistical model on algae concentration in water
using data collected from local ponds in NJ.

A social Networking web application was developed with front-end as a Java
