programs.

Achievements:

Managed the consolidation of two company hosted Citrix farms into a single
installation at a Sungard facility. Decommissioned 19 servers and consolidated

Distribution Finance System (DFS) for this company that provided consumer
appliance and electronic dealers with wholesale inventory financing before it was
acquired by Textron Financial Corporation.
Gathered business requirements and designed software solutions in Synon 2E,
RPG, and CL.
Assigned work to developers and monitored progress toward schedules.
Implemented and maintained database model, change control and software
distribution, iSeries security and system management procedures.
Supported business analysis, quality assurance, and user acceptance by
providing handover and training of software functionality, and establishing testing
environments.

Achievements:
Successfully transitioned the development and production systems and software
to Textron after they acquired Electrolux Financial Corporation.
Contributed to a number of major enhancements to the DFS application including
the streamlining of the Account Management inquiry screens to make key

Account Managers spent on the phone with customers.
Completed several installations and upgrades to enterprise software.
Authored and established coding conventions, naming standards, and procedures
for compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) initiatives.
Managed a project to establish an iSeries environment for the DFS application
within Electrolux headquarters. This enabled the implementation of 24/7
operations, and business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Trained 6 IBM off-shore resources to setup, maintain, and develop the DFS
application so IBM could take the application in-house as their International Re-
marketing Finance System, IRFS.
Contributed to the development of an application for IBM which is currently
supporting over 32 countries on 2 iSeries systems. IBM reported a significant cost
savings upon implementation of said application.
