Delivered and developed training for all levels of Process Excellence
DMAIC implementation at Rolls Royce North America. Developed 6 Sigma
Train-The-Trainer course for Ford Black Belts to prepare them to teach

performing accelerated life testing on design prototypes and
production products.

Responsible for 40 person manufacturing program producing wing/gyro
system for AIM/9 Sidewinder missile.
Quality Control Engineer: August 1984 to June 1985.
Responsible for implementation of quality systems for Harpoon Missile
munitions section and ADCAP torpedo housing section. Systems involved
MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858 requirements.
Upgraded process documentation to conform to the requirements of MIL-
Q-9858 for the AIM/9 Sidewinder missile wing program. Developed and
implemented a certified operator program utilizing SPC techniques.
Reeder & Kline Machine Company, Carmel, Indiana / Quality Control
Engineer: January 1979 to August 1984.
Responsible for maintenance of document control and material control
systems. Performed supplier audits and was responsible for
calibration system.
Developed standardized systems for inspection documentation, process
