Previous Projects, Highlights
http://www.wsfonline.org - I was contacted by the Williamsburg Scottish
Festival with the request to make their website able for their team to
edit. I suggested Joomla and created a template for their needs from
scratch. The organization has loved the website and has been trained in
the Joomla Content Management System since the site has gone live. My
roles during this operation ranged from analyst, database programmer in
MySql, HTML/CSS/PHP programmer, Joomla trainer and point of contact for the
organization. This project is still active.
http://www.rvamerica.com - During previous employment, we acquired a web
portal for RVs that the business decided to leverage for their clients. I
was asked for a content management system that would work with .Net
framework. My answer was Dot Net Nuke. Since this answer, I became a
programmer and template designer for this website. I left the project in
February of 2009.
http://www.powersportsnetwork.com - Previous employer. One of my major
projects while working for this company was to redesign the fiche parts
finder. After studying demographic information on the clients my employer
wanted to market this application to, I developed a basic user interface
with an AJAX database reader to pull information in from the database on
load so all information could be pre-loaded for search engine optimization.
During this project, I worked as analyst, ASP/AJAX/Sql programmer, and
graphic designer.
