Operated 12 unique computer suites providing timely, reliable accurate, unambiguous Integrated Tactical

Warning and Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) missile warning data supporting the President, Secretary of Defense,

CJCS, COMSTRAT, and COMNORAD missions. Maintained $45 million worth of critical communications

equipment 24 hours/day, 7 day/week within the Missile Warning Computer Operations (MWOC) Center. Produced

daily schedules and coordinated shift activities for all personnel. Monitored system configuration, system alert

messages and facility environmental conditions. Maintained accountability and control of classified magnetic

media and computer products. Maintained the Alternate Missile Warning Center in a constant state of readiness

for Cheyenne Mountain missile crew contingency manning.
