Mechanical Engineering Manager. Lead mechanical team in developing,
planning, designing, and construction of the $300 million project, and give
support to plant start-up. Also provide technical assistance anywhere that
it is needed.
Major accomplishments:
. Directly supervised two mechanical and one structural engineer with 5 to
10 years experience; one is employee, the other two are consultant
engineers.
. Managed a maintenance group of 8 union maintenance technicians and
electricians.
. Developed and reviewed yearly goals/targets performance of team members.
. Negotiated contracts with vendors and outside contractors and monitored
their work.
. Directed and coordinated activities of contract engineering companies
