Television

Oversee content acquisition for Sony Pictures' online content destination,

Crackle (www.crackle.com). Recruited to SPE shortly after the studio

acquired Crackle, joining the team to execute a forward-looking strategy

through acquiring and producing resonant, highly marketable entertainment

properties. Responsible for all media business development efforts,

negotiating A-list content acquisition, licensing and production financing

agreements, as well as playing an integral role in creative development and

content strategy. Seen as the organizational "hub" who works directly with

all departments, including Ad Sales, Programming, Production, Creative

Development, Legal, Marketing Finance and Distribution. Report to the Vice

President of Programming & Production, Sony Pictures Television Digital

Entertainment, with a dotted line to the Senior Executive Vice President,

Sony Pictures Television. Some recent accomplishments include: identifying

and negotiating an original online series opportunity starring Joe Rogan;

Director of Content Strategy and Licensing - Moviso.com

Responsible for content strategy and licensing for Moviso.com, InfoSpace's

direct-to-consumer mobile entertainment business. Creative and business

lead for the company's "Action Sports" content vertical. Charged with and

responsible for providing visionary, entrepreneurial leadership and to help

take the company from a more service-focused business to an entertainment

product-focused business. Accomplishments include: negotiated multi-year,

exclusive branded content license and distribution agreements with partners

such as TransWorld Media, Inspired By Media, AOL's action sports brand,

LAT34, and SmakTones.com; developed partnership with Wilhelmina Artist

Management for a multi-year, worldwide exclusive license for touring

multimedia exhibit, VAMP (The Video Art Music Project) showcasing an

innovative collaboration between A-list hip hop talent and noted fine

artists; proposed proprietary, digital music label (Moviso Music Group)

business plan to President of Mobile Media division; worked closely with

Marketing team to establish brand identity for Moviso; took initiative to

explore cross-promotional opportunities and brand relationships with Jones

Soda and action sports retailer Zumiez; presented organizational process

Director of Content Strategy and Business Development

Oversaw media strategy and business development for this cutting-edge,

leading mobile technology company, which is a subsidiary of multinational

conglomerate Hutchison Whampoa. Co-created comprehensive business plan to

establish the Vidiator Media Group, the company's Los Angeles-based

entertainment division; reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Managed an international sales team (Los Angeles, London, Seattle, Hong

Kong, Seoul) to secure mobile distribution for acquired content. In

addition to negotiating all media licensing

agreements, handled a broad portfolio of responsibilities, and regularly

advised on public relations and corporate strategy, including human

resources and capitalization. Successfully negotiated multi-year, multi-

million dollar licensing agreements with branded content partners including

Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment, Harmony Gold, Top Cow Comics, IDT

Entertainment and others. Interacted with major entertainment studios,

Animation, oversaw production services business development, drafted the

company's Private Placement Memorandum and led the efforts to raise $40

million in investment capital.

ENTERTAINMENT LICENSING PRODUCTIONS, Ventura, CA

nominee and noted entertainment licensing professional Michael Ayers.

Chief executive of independent animation studio and production company

named one of the "Top Ten Companies to Watch" by Animation Magazine.

Oversaw all corporate functions and departments, including production,

creative development, business development, financials and human resources.

In the first year with the company, successfully achieved revenue growth

of 400% over the prior fiscal year, and personally built a client roster of

distinction including the Walt Disney Company, Fox, Big Idea Productions,

Mattel, Colgate and Focus On The Family. Developed and implemented

business plan and growth strategy, growing the company from a staff of 6

employees working in a converted garage to a respected studio with full-

time and freelance staff of 75 in less than two years. Established

production partnerships with noted producers Michael Uslan (the Batman film
