Initially hired on a contract basis with Gilsbar for general
maintenance. Promoted to Facility Manager. Helped organize
and implement disaster recovery program. Coordinated the
daily operations of the Corporate Service Center (mail room).
Negotiated and managed contracts with FedEx, UPS, DMS, Pitney
Bowes, Office Depot. By re-negotiating these contracts I was
able to achieve an overall savings of 30% per year for
